General Instructions
1) Candidates are mandatorily required to bring the required documents like valid call letter, a photocopy of photo-identity proof along with the original of the same name as appears on the online submitted application form etc. at the time of Preliminary and Main/ Single Examination and Interview and/or Joining respectively. No document shall be directly sent to IBPS by the candidates before or after the online examination.

2) During Preliminary Examination for Officer Scale I and Office Assistants copy of Call Letter and Photo Identity Card shall not be taken at the Examination Centre. These shall be duly authenticated by the officials staffing the Examination Centre and handed back to the candidates. Candidates shall be required to bring authenticated call letter and copy of Photo ID Proof of Preliminary Examination along with Call Letter and other required documents of Main Examination. However, candidates shall have to submit Scribe Form (wherever applicable) during Preliminary Examination as well as Main Examination.

3) Candidates who do not bring authenticated/stamped call letter of Preliminary Examination and authenticated/stamped photocopy of ID Proof at the time of Main Examination shall not be allowed to appear in the examination.

4) During the single examination for Officer Scale II & III, copy of Call Letter and ID Proof needs to be submitted at the examination venue as instructed.

5) Candidates must bring one extra photograph (same as the one affixed on the call letter) along with the Call Letter and other required documents as per the information given in the Information Handout and Call Letter. Candidates reporting without photograph affixed on the Call Letter or without one extra photograph (same as the one affixed on the call letter) will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

6) Candidates are advised to apply for only one post in the Officers Cadre i.e. Scale-I, II & III. Applications of candidates applying for more than one post in the Officers Cadre will be summarily rejected.

7) Before applying for CRP for Officers and Office Assistant (Multipurpose) posts in Regional Rural Banks, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other criteria mentioned in this advertisement. Candidates are therefore advised to read this advertisement carefully and follow all the instructions given for submitting online application.

8) A candidate’s admission to the examination/short-listing for the main examination/short-listing interview/and subsequent processes is strictly provisional. The mere fact that call letter(s)/provisional allotment has been issued to the candidate does not imply that his/her candidature has been finally cleared by IBPS/Regional Rural Banks. IBPS/Regional Rural Banks shall be free to reject any application, cancel at any stage of the process the candidature of the candidate if at any stage it is discovered that the candidate does not fulfil the eligibility criteria and/or that he/she has made any incorrect/false submissions.

Information/certificate/documents or any material fact(s) has been concealed. If the candidature of any candidate is rejected for any reason whatsoever as per the terms and conditions of this advertisement, no further representation in this regard will be considered. Such decision shall be final and binding on the candidate. If any of these deficiencies are detected before/after appointment in a Regional Rural Bank, his/her services are liable to be summarily terminated.

9) The decision of the Nodal RRBs/Regional Rural Banks/IBPS in all matters relating to eligibility of the candidate, the stages at which such scrutiny of eligibility is to be carried out, qualification and other eligibility criteria, documents to be produced for the purpose of conduct of examination, interview, verification etc. and any other matter relating to CRP RRB-XII shall be final and binding on the candidate. No correspondence or personal enquiry shall be entertained by IBPS/Regional Rural Banks in this regard. IBPS/Nodal Banks/RRBs do not take any responsibility for receiving/collecting any certificate/remittance/document sent separately.

10) The scribe appointed by the candidate should not be a candidate for the examination. If violation is detected at any stage of the process, candidature for CRP of both the candidate and the scribe will be cancelled. For Specialist posts under Scale II, the scribe must be from a different academic discipline than the candidate and the post applied for.

11) Not more than one application for any cadre (Office Assistants (Multipurpose) & Officers) should be submitted by any candidate. In case of multiple applications for any cadre (Office Assistants (Multipurpose) & Officers) only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained and the application fee/ intimation charges paid for other multiple registrations will be forfeited.

12) Multiple appearance/appearance in online examination and/or interview will lead to summarily rejection/cancellation of candidature.

13) Online applications once registered will not be allowed to be withdrawn and/or application fee/ intimation charges once paid will not be refunded nor held in reserve for any other examination.

14) Any dispute arising out of this advertisement including the recruitment process shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Mumbai.

15) Any canvassing or creating influence for unfair advantage will lead to disqualification from the process.

16) Online Examination (Preliminary, Main & Single) and Common Interview will not be considered
