Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) (PMAYG)
Eligibility:
- The eligibility criteria for PMAY vary depending on the component and income category of the beneficiary.
- In general, to be eligible for PMAY-U, you must be an Indian citizen, belong to EWS, LIG, or MIG category, and not own a pucca house in any other city.
- For PMAY-G, you must be a rural resident living in a kutcha house and belong to a Below Poverty Line (BPL) household.
