The Denver Broncos are making changes as they approach evaluation season.
NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday that the Broncos waived the veteran running back, per sources informed of the situation.

“I was real sick about it,” Gordon said of his fumble following the game. “I shot myself in the foot, and I’m a little salty. I was feeling it today.”
“He’s scored a lot of touchdowns down there for us,” Head Coach Nathaniel Hackett said after the game.
Gordon joined the Broncos as a free agent in 2020.
The Broncos announced on Monday that they have waived the veteran running back after Gordon struggled to protect the football throughout the season.
Gordon’s fumbling issues this season continued in Week 11, and it appeared to be the last straw for the Broncos.
