Agriculture Department Bihar, Patna Bihar Agricultural Management and Extension Training Institute (BAMETI). Bihar, Patna Manual for contract based employment on various vacant posts from State Plan head for implementation of Aatma Scheme at district / block level under Sub Mission on Agricultural Extension (ATMA Scheme) under National Mission on Agricultural Extension and Technology (NMAET) and Aatma Scheme Introduction- For successful implementation of Sub Mission on Agricultural Extension (ATMA Scheme) and Aatma Scheme operated under National Mission on Agricultural Extension and Technology (NMAET), contract based employment is to be done on various posts for discharging technical and administrative duties of Aatma at district / block level under State Plan. Employment on the respective posts will be done in the light of circulars issued by General Administration Department, Government of Bihar for contractual employment and guidelines issued by Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India.
1. Invitation of Application Forms
Online applications will be invited for contract based employment on various posts from the State Plan item for implementation of Aatma Yojana and Aatma Yojana at district/block level. The details of minimum educational qualification, work experience, maximum age limit and fixed monthly honorarium on the respective posts are as follows:

Age Limit- Maximum age limit is fixed for each post but relaxation in age limit will be applicable for SC/ST/Backward Caste/Extremely Backward Caste/Backward Class Women/Women as per rules in force from time to time by Bihar Government. This relaxation will be 40 years for Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class (Male and Female)/ 40 years for Unreserved Class Women and 42 years for SC/ST (Male and Female) candidates.
3. Reservation Reservation provisions fixed from time to time for direct recruitment in State Government services by General Administration Department, Bihar will be applicable in the present employment. Note Candidates claiming reservation will have to attach other certificates for caste and reservation related claims (SC/ST/Backward Class/Backward Class Women/Extremely Backward Class/Extremely Backward Class Women/Women/Grandson, Granddaughter, Grandson and Granddaughter of Disabled Freedom Fighter, Economically Weaker Section and other reservation benefits prescribed by the Government) from competent authority with the application otherwise benefit of reservation will not be payable.

● Application form will be accepted online only. • Link will be given to apply on BAMETI website www.bameti.org and Agriculture Department, Bihar website https://state.bihar.gov.in/krishi/CitizenHome.html , through which online application can be made.
● Data related to application forms will be maintained by taking link through DBT Cell, Agriculture Department. • Online application form can be submitted from the date of advertisement till 5.00 pm on 15th April, 2024. • A candidate can apply for more than one post in any 02 districts of the state.
