PM Kisan Status

PM Kisan Status List is a government initiative launched in February 2019 to provide financial assistance to small and marginal farmers across India. Under this scheme, eligible farmers receive financial assistance of Rs. 6000 per year, in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 each, directly in their bank accounts.

To check the PM Kisan Status List and beneficiary status, farmers can follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit the official PM Kisan website: https://pmkisan.gov.in/
  2. Click on the “Farmers Corner” section on the home page and select “Beneficiary Status” from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the required details, such as Aadhaar number, bank account number, or mobile number, and click on the “Get Data” button.
  4. The system will validate your details and display your PM Kisan beneficiary status, including the amount credited to your bank account, installment details, and other relevant information.
  5. If you’re facing any issues while checking the status, you can contact the PM Kisan helpline number 155261 or email them at [email protected] for further assistance.

In addition to checking the PM Kisan beneficiary status, farmers can also check their PM Kisan balance by following these simple steps:

  1. Visit the official PM Kisan website and click on the “Farmers Corner” section.
  2. Select “Beneficiary Status” from the drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the required details, such as Aadhaar number, bank account number, or mobile number, and click on the “Get Data” button.
  4. The system will display your PM Kisan balance along with other relevant details.

It’s important to note that farmers must ensure that their bank account details are updated and linked with their Aadhaar number to receive the PM Kisan financial assistance. Any discrepancies or issues with the bank account details or Aadhaar must be rectified immediately to avoid any delays in receiving the benefits.

Under the PM Kisan scheme, small and marginal farmers with cultivable land up to 2 hectares are eligible for financial assistance. The scheme aims to provide timely and adequate financial support to farmers for their crop cultivation and other farming-related activities. The financial assistance is provided in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 each, which are credited directly to the farmers’ bank accounts.

To become eligible for the scheme, farmers must register themselves on the PM Kisan portal or through their respective State or Union Territory’s authorized channel. Once the registration process is complete, the farmers’ details are verified by the authorities, and if found eligible, they are included in the PM Kisan beneficiary list.

The PM Kisan beneficiary list contains the names of all eligible farmers who are receiving financial assistance under the scheme. Farmers can check their beneficiary status by following the steps mentioned above or by visiting the Common Service Centers (CSCs) located in their respective villages.

If a farmer’s name is not on the beneficiary list, they can contact the PM Kisan helpline number or visit their respective State or Union Territory’s authorized channel to rectify any issues or discrepancies in their registration process.

In addition to financial assistance, the PM Kisan scheme also provides farmers with various other benefits, such as access to agricultural loans, crop insurance, and other government schemes. The scheme is a significant step towards empowering small and marginal farmers and ensuring their financial stability.
