I am directed to enclose a copy of Circular dated 07.09.2022 of Training Division, Department of Personnel and Training on the above mentioned online programme. The willing and eligible candidates are requested to apply in JICA’s prescribed E-application form.
2. Scanned copy of the filled up application (submitted online) duly recommended by the competent authority of their Department/Office may be sent to the Ministry of Rural Development on the email ID avaneesh kumar@nic in latest by 15.10.2022 for onward transmission to the Department of Personnel and Training.
